PS Galaxy is the final multi-purpose site that we are going to feature, and if ever the saying last but not least applied, it applies here. Now we start to refine our focus a bit, and move into a more narrow area of tool gathering. Brushes. Richard Rosenman Filters and Plugins is a page that continues to grow and expand, featuring personally coded PS plugins and filters that range in their use for 3D productions, 2D design, and even reseach purposes. Unfortunately, due to a compiler limitation, the filters are not Mac compatible. They only work in Windows.
